What is Brow Tinting, and does it hurt? How long will it take to tint my eyebrows?

No, brow tinting doesn't hurt. Brow Tinting is Semi Permanent Makeup that stains your skin for up to 2 weeks and tint your eyebrow hairs for up to 4 weeks. A tinting session takes about 20 minutes, which includes brow wax or threading and the tinting procedure.
Can I wear makeup along with my brow tint?

Wearing makeup on top of your tint can and will remove it. It's recommended that you do not wear any products on top of your tint! that included hair products and creams/lotion

What is the appointment policy? I canceled my appointment; can I get my money back?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so through your appointment confirmation within 24 hours. Late guests have a 10-minute grace period, after 10 minutes late your appointment will cancel automatic. No-shows are subject to a 100% service fee and forbidden to book future appointments. If a new appointment is booked, you will automatically be cancelled. All services rendered are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is to protect the tech time and to also give someone more in need the opportunity to have your space. We thank you for your support and understanding. All appointments canceled the day of, or less than 24 hours forfeit any deposit amount that has been paid. Once you book an appointment, the deposit is kept and non-refunded under no circumstances.
When should I expect my shipment? Will my package require a signature when delivered?

Allow 24-48 hours for processing time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation allow 5-7 days to receive your package. However, we are not responsible for inclement weather or delays on the carrier’s behalf. Yes, all packages will require a signature, to assure that the package is delivered to the right resident. The signature confirmation will be included in the shipment price.
