when booking an appointment, we need your 
Name, Email, Address, Phone number just in case of exposure to The Corona Virus(Covid19).

​ Groupon vouchers can only be purchased every 6 months and not every 90 days
​like in the fine print.  Groupon vouchers are for new customers ONLY.

​If for any reason you need to cancel you appointment, Please inform us. However,
no calls/no shows will be forbidden to book future appointments.

​Existing clients, If you have an existing appointment with us then PLEASE give us a
24-48 hours notice for cancellations.

There is two options to receive your products, it's shipping and pickup for local customers only during the assigned hours 10am -4pm. Customers have 5 days to pickup their items before your order will be cancel. If any orders that are canceled there will be 20% restock fee minus from your refund.

 Eyelash Extensions services required 50% Non - Refundable Deposit to

​we will cancel your appointment personally when you show up.
